 I think that in spite of the tough times we are living in, tourism will rebound. In fact, Caribbean destinations keep growing. More and more hotels are being built. However, competition will remain tough. Guests have more means to communicate their experiences, whether good or bad. If you are looking for someone to lead your team to a better business, I can provide you with the insight and knowledge to make your operation more profitable and successful. Cost control? I go straight where money tends to be used inefficiently and put a stop to it. Renovations? I will plan it with the construction company or contractor, set a schedule and coordinate with them so guests are not affected and things are ready on time. World class service? I'm ready to teach the staff how to do things, or I can also bring in new blood that will freshen up the way things are being done. If you need the hotel to come up to date (or continue doing and exceeding) in areas such as sales, social media management, get a certificate of worldwide recognition but most of all, keep the guests happy, recommending and coming, I am a person that will do all of that, and go beyond and above to make your hotel even more successful.

Guests are my passion. In fact, I will do every single effort to be in touch with them directly and as often as possible. In the hotels I manage, I personally take the clients on a tour of the facilities, and make sure their expectations are being met.I love to chat with them at management cocktails, repeat guest activities or just simply interact in the hallways. After they have left, I will follow up on Trip Advisor or any other social media to check on what they have to say about us. Contact with the guest is an essential duty of my role, no matter the size of the hotel I work in, this is a must do every single day.
